Zelenski, Ladislas

Born on the family estate, Gradkowice, Galicia. He studied under Mirecki at Cracow, Krejci at Prague and Damcke at Paris. For many years he was professor of composition at Warsaw Conservatory. His works include a symphony for orchestra, two cantatas with orchestra, a mass with organ, string quartet, trio for piano, violin and violincello and other music both for piano and strings.
