French amateur musician, whose real name is Leon Fourneau. He has written songs and light stagepieces presented at some of the lessimportant Parisian theatres. Songs written for Yvette Guilbert were his first attempts. He was born in Paris, is a lawyer by profession, has devoted considerable time to music and journalism.
