Naudin, Emilio

1823-1890

 

Opera-singer; born at Parma; pupil of Panizza of Milan. First appeared at Cremona, then in theatres of Italy, Vienna and   St. Petersburg. He sang at various times at Drury Lane, London; in several cities of Spain, and for ten years in the Theatre Italien of Paris. Among his many operatic roles were Don Ottavio, Fra Diavplo.Raoul, Carlo, Don Carlos, Henrique, and Eleazar. He died in Boulogne.
